What if my items arrive after my party date?

USPS experiences occasional transit delays, which is beyond our control. Unfortunately, for this reason, we cannot guarantee transit time/delivery-by dates. It is important to keep this possibility in mind when ordering, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays.

When can I expect my order?

Our current processing time 1 week! and shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days. To ensure your items arrive in time, please place your orders early!

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping is calculated automatically by Etsy based on combined weight and dimensions at checkout. We always ship items together when possible, but we are not able to manually adjust the cost Etsy calculates.

How are your designs created?

Edgewood Farmhouse designs are created using a blend of traditional and modern tools — sketches, colored pencil and watercolor techniques, Photoshop, and AI-assisted illustration.
All artwork is guided, refined, and finished by me personally. Every banner and decoration is printed, assembled, and packaged by hand in my studio.
Technology helps bring my ideas to life, but the heart, style, and final product are entirely my own.
